Housing Monitor

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Housing Monitor to join our team at The Salvation Army USA Southern Territory. As a Housing Monitor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, security, and well-being of program participants at our Cambridge Shelter.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor the activity of program participants on assigned shifts, ensuring compliance with Shelter rules and maintaining a safe and secure environment.
- Accurately record and log information, maintaining accurate and complete records.
- Ensure the Shelter is maintained in a neat and proper order, promoting a positive and respectful environment.
- High School Diploma and one year of experience in security or working with vulnerable populations.
- Ability to communicate effectively with program participants, controlling, leading, and motivating behavior.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision, enforcing established policies and procedures.
