We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and managing an assigned territory, building relationships with healthcare professionals, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a strategic business plan for a geographical area to effectively target, penetrate, and establish relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders.
- Manage hybrid relationships through a mix of in-person and virtual engagement.
- Effectively call on physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals across multiple medical subspecialties.
- Attain or exceed assigned sales and profit goals.
- Manage and track territory-specific information through a CRM system.
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2+ years of Pharmaceutical or Healthcare Industry sales experience.
- Demonstrated growth in sales while managing your own territory - track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Business acumen, comprehension of clinical information, and ability to articulate a clinical sales message to Healthcare Providers.
- Ability to work with a CRM tool (i.e., Veeva).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT, etc.).
