Job Summary

The Assistant Manager is a key role in driving sales results and providing best-in-class customer service. This position is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, including opening and closing routines, and driving efficiency in all store processes. The Assistant Manager will also leverage their creative expertise through floorset updates, styling recommendations, and product knowledge. Additionally, they will be responsible for talent leadership, driving everything from recruiting and training to engagement and development. With a promote from within philosophy, our Assistant Managers will build upon their initial foundation and have the opportunity to grow into the future leaders of our store's organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience: Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Drives Sales: Analyze the business and provide best-in-class customer service to drive sales results.
  • OMNI Channel Fulfillment: Ensure seamless fulfillment of customer orders across all channels.
  • Store Presentation and Sales Floor Supervision: Oversee the visual merchandising and sales floor presentation to ensure a compelling and engaging shopping experience.
  • Store & Stockroom Operations: Manage the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing routines, and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Staffing, Scheduling, and Payroll Management: Manage staffing levels, schedules, and payroll to ensure adequate coverage and compliance with company policies.
  • Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of store associates.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with store associates, management, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of store operations.
  • Asset Protection: Identify and mitigate potential security risks to protect company assets.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
