Nurse - Outpatient Dialysis

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at DaVita, a leading provider of dialysis services. As a Nurse in our outpatient dialysis center, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice
- Experience in nephrology or dialysis care preferred
