Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and organized dental assistant to join our team at Dental Clinic Washington DC. As a key member of our clinical operations, you will be responsible for preparing examination rooms for appointments, providing support to dentists during procedures, and taking X-rays of patients.

About the Role:

  1. Prepare examination rooms for appointments by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all necessary equipment is ready for the dentist.
  2. Provide support to dentists during their procedures by handing them instruments and anticipating their needs throughout the appointment.
  3. Take X-rays of patients as needed.

What We Offer:

The estimated salary for this role is $58,000 - $68,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off and holidays.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a dental assistant.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • Certification from the Dental Assisting National Board (DANB) or equivalent.
