Buildings & Grounds Technician II

Our Buildings & Grounds Department in Queensbury, NY has a Full Time 40-hour position available. The schedule is Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30 pm with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. The hourly pay range is $17.00-$18.99. This is an hourly position with a floating on-call requirement and overtime as needed. The role involves maintenance tasks including plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work.

Requirements
  • Must be 18 years old with a valid driver's license
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in buildings or grounds maintenance
  • Strong background in one of the following areas: plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical, building repair, or grounds maintenance
Physical Demands

The job is a manual labor position requiring standing, lifting, kneeling, and bending regularly. The employee must be able to lift 50-75 pounds with or without accommodation.
