Job Summary:

The Registered Professional Nurse assesses, coordinates, plans, directs, implements and manages the needs of assigned patients throughout the episode of care with a focus on progress toward discharge, including during transitions within the acute care stay. This role requires a skilled nurse to provide high-quality patient care and ensure that competent, compassionate care is uniformly provided to customers.

Responsibilities:

- Assess and coordinate patient care needs
- Plan, direct, implement and manage patient care
- Provide high-quality patient care and ensure competent, compassionate care
- Collaborate with the caregiving team to deliver patient care

Requirements:

- Registered Professional Nurse degree
- Experience in Hematology/Oncology department
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
