We are currently seeking a HVAC Lead Service Technician to enhance our team.

Compensation: $35.00/hr. - $55.00/hr. plus performance incentives based on experience.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm (overtime may be required).

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC service
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Strong customer service and communication abilities
  • Capability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
  • Familiarity with a variety of HVAC equipment and troubleshooting methods
  • Experience in making repair and replacement decisions
  • Willingness to obtain NATE certifications within the first year of employment
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and accountability
  • Understanding of basic sheet metal practices
  • Knowledge of air balancing techniques
  • Experience with boilers, geothermal systems, and ductless units
  • Low voltage wiring experience is essential

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Universal EPA Certification
  • Completion certificate from an accredited HVAC Technical School
  • NATE Certification
