Associate Baseball Training Coach

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team as an Associate Baseball Performance Coach. This role involves assisting in the development and execution of strength and conditioning regimes for baseball players, conducting athlete assessments, and providing coaching and instruction during training sessions.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in creating customized training plans for baseball players, taking into account their unique needs and objectives.
- Collaborate with our team of performance specialists to conduct thorough athlete assessments and develop strategies to optimize performance and reduce injury risk.
- Provide expert coaching and instruction during training sessions, ensuring athletes perform exercises with proper form, intensity, and progression.
- Work with other coaches and staff to create integrated training programs that address athletes' overall development.
- Monitor and track athletes' progress, using performance metrics and testing protocols to evaluate their development and make necessary adjustments to training programs.
- Bachelor's degree in exercise science, kinesiology, or a related field.
- Certification from a recognized strength and conditioning organization (e.g., CSCS, NSCA-CPT, or equivalent).
- Prior experience or playing background in baseball is preferred.
- Knowledge of baseball-specific movement patterns and performance requirements.
- Understanding of injury prevention strategies and basic corrective exercises for baseball athletes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with athletes and coaches.
- Passion for sports performance training and helping athletes reach their full potential.
- Proficient in using technology for data tracking and analysis.
- Estimated salary: $50,000-$65,000 per year.
- Revenue Sharing Bonuses: 12-month OTE income: $65,000-$75,000.
