Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare a variety of food products, including chicken salads, pimento cheese, side salads, soups, sauces, cookies, desserts, and other items for cooking and serving to guests.
  • Operate the POS system for taking orders, receiving payments, and maintaining cash drawers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting guests, taking orders, and expediting orders.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including the kitchen, dining room, and restrooms.
  • Follow CSC standards for recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Effective written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for the duration of the workday.
  • Ability to lift or carry 40 pounds.
