Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate LPN to work in a fast-paced clinical environment. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information.
  • Assist with medical procedures, such as injections and wound care, under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
  • Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, and implement interventions to promote optimal patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and coordinate referrals as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, test results, and treatment plans.
Requirements
  • Diploma or certificate in Licensed Practical Nursing from an accredited program.
  • Valid LPN license in at least one state, territory, or commonwealth of the US.
  • 2 years of experience as an LPN in a clinical setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
