Assembly and Repair Specialist

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assemble laser printers according to detailed engineering specifications and drawings.
• Integrate mechanical and electrical components, including PCBs and PCBAs, to ensure seamless functionality.
• Utilize automated, semi-automated, and hand tools to precisely assemble subassemblies and units.
Diagnosis and Repair:
• Diagnose issues with malfunctioning laser printers and identify root causes.
• Perform repairs on both mechanical and electrical systems of the printers.
• Replace or repair faulty components and wiring using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Test units for quality control prior to shipment.
Quality Assurance and Inspection:
• Conduct thorough inspections of assembled units to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of assembly processes, repairs, and inspections.
Requirements:
• Stand on feet for up to 8 hours a day.
• Regularly lift and move objects weighing 30lb or more.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area conducive to efficient production and safety.
Compensation: $28.00 per hour
