Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming customer calls and initiate outbound communications as needed.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, ensuring timely and accurate information.
  • Process payments for insurance policies efficiently.
  • Make necessary changes and endorsements to policies that do not require a license.

Qualifications:
  • Must obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance License within 90 days of employment.

Experience:
  • A minimum of 2 years in a customer service role or 1 year in a call center environment.
  • High School diploma or GED is required.
