Responsibilities
- Meet new business production goals and objectives.
- Maintain knowledge of new products.
- Prospect and generate new business through leads & referral sources.
- Build rapport and identify customer needs.
- Generate insurance quotes.
- Present and explain insurance policy options.
Requirements
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful, and be coachable.
- Possess excellent communication skills - verbal and written.
- Possess a great work ethic, drive to succeed, and a competitive spirit.
- Be a self-starter with a sense of urgency and ability to multi-task.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must have or be willing to obtain a Property and Casualty license.
