Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Parenting Education Program Director. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of low-income families in our community.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of our Smart Parents, Smart Communities program, including supervising staff, collecting and analyzing data, and developing relationships with community organizations.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a dedicated team of professionals who are passionate about empowering families to achieve economic self-sufficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the administrative aspects of the program, including staffing, training, and reporting.
  • Develop and implement strategies to recruit and engage program participants.
  • Collect and analyze data to inform program improvement and evaluation.
  • Provide evidence-based parenting services and support to families in the community.
  • Build and maintain relationships with community organizations and partners.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as counseling, social work, or child development.
  • Experience in program coordination, staff supervision, and data analysis.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to the mission and values of Project Self-Sufficiency.
