Wireless Tower Alarm Foreman Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Wireless Tower Alarm Foreman to join our team at Ansco & Associates, LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, and maintaining wireless equipment in the field, including climbing up to 500 feet to diagnose and repair faulty equipment.

Responsibilities:
  • Installation and servicing of wired and wireless equipment in the field
  • Responsible for climbing up to 500 feet to diagnose, repair, and/or replace faulty equipment
  • Identifying problems and performing maintenance of network equipment
  • Basic knowledge of equipment configuration/integration
  • Performs testing of equipment and communication lines
  • Basic knowledge of Installation Procedures and Quality Standards
  • Must complete climber and rescue certification
  • Must complete CPR training, OSHA training, and required Safety training
  • Must have knowledge of AT&T technologies and equipment
Requirements:
  • Previous telecommunications or construction experience required
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to travel (mandatory)
  • Ability to work weekends as needed (mandatory)
  • Anritsu and/or Kaelus PIM and Sweep knowledge required
