About the Role: This team anticipates a significant increase in workload over the next few months and is looking for a customer-oriented individual to assist with incoming loan requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review customer tasks and to-do's in the dashboard
  • Make inbound and outbound calls to customers, requesting information and providing updates
  • Work with internal teams to understand the remaining information needed for loan processing
  • Participate in a formal training course and in-person training

Requirements:

  • Recent college graduate (associates or bachelors) in any field, with a preference for Finance, Business, or HR degrees
  • Bilingual with Spanish
  • Excellent communication skills and outgoing personality
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, onsite in St. Louis, MO
