Essential Qualifications:

  • Certified Building Inspector or ICC accreditation
  • Valid Florida Driver's License with a satisfactory driving history
  • State of Florida Standard Building Inspector License
  • Proficient computer skills for data entry and reporting
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills
Desirable Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
  • ICC Certifications
  • EI or PE licenses
  • Expertise in Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, or commercial building inspections
