The Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to lead the end-to-end product development process, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive the strategic vision of our consumer marketplace. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in defining the product roadmap, identifying market opportunities, and executing innovative features that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute product strategies to drive business growth and user satisfaction
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision and prioritize feature development
  • Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and successful product releases
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and user behavior to inform product decisions and optimize the platform experience
  • Develop and manage product roadmaps, timelines, and KPIs to ensure the product meets business goals and user needs
  • Lead user research, testing, and validation efforts to ensure product-market fit and high customer satisfaction
  • Continuously iterate on product features to enhance user engagement and marketplace performance
  • Mentor and guide junior product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of product management experience, with a strong background in startups or entrepreneurial ventures
  • Experience building consumer-facing products, ideally in the marketplace or e-commerce space
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Strong product design and UX/UI skills, with a track record of launching successful products
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • A passion for innovation, user-centered design, and delivering an exceptional customer experience
