Sales Development Representative Role
EDE Corporation seeks a sales development representative to join our team in Chicago. In this role, you will be responsible for creating new opportunities by facilitating initial conversations, developing relationships with prospective clients, and working closely with the sales team.
The ideal candidate will have two to four years of sales experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work autonomously. Additionally, they will possess confidence, strong communication, and questioning skills to understand client needs, as well as initiative-taking and a desire to learn and grow within the company.
Responsibilities
- Prospect for new business leads through social media, email, phone, and events.
- Qualify opportunities using prospecting and research tools like HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with team members to innovate and improve the sales development process.
- Develop and implement effective prospect communication plans with the sales team.
- Attend targeted trade shows in cities like Las Vegas, Orlando, San Francisco, and other major destinations.
Benefits and Compensation
- Estimated salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 per year.
