Nursing Director RN

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nursing Director RN to lead our resident care team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for promoting the health and wellness of our residents, ensuring high-quality care, and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide strategic leadership for resident care, managing and directing the nursing team to promote the health and wellness of the resident population.
- Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and other clinical providers to coordinate care and services for residents.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring residents receive the highest level of care.
- Manage medication programs, ensuring resident safety and compliance with regulations.
- Lead quality assurance and regulatory compliance initiatives, mitigating risk and improving resident care outcomes.
- Recruit, hire, and train clinical team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to provide exceptional care.
- Graduate of an accredited college or school of nursing with a current state/provincial license as a professional Registered Nurse (RN).
- Minimum two (2) years RN experience, with at least one (1) year experience in home health, assisted living, or long-term care environment.
- Minimum of one (1) year nursing management experience, including hiring, coaching, performance management, scheduling, and daily operations supervision.
- Certified in CPR and First Aid.
