Aspirant RPO LLC is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Millwright to join our team. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and systems.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in various aspects of millwright work, including pipefitting, welding, small fabrication, belt alignment, and sheave alignment. A strong understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and civil drawings is essential for success in this position.
Responsibilities- Design, install, fabricate, repair, inspect, test, calibrate, adjust, maintain, modify, construct, clean, service, and lubricate machines, equipment, electrical controls, structures, and facilities.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues, proactively seeking to eliminate waste and failures.
- Interpret mechanical, hydraulic, and civil drawings and schematics with accuracy.
- Collaborate effectively with design and engineering personnel to ensure efficient installations and repairs while maintaining accurate equipment documentation.
- Provide training and guidance to apprentices in all aspects of millwright job functions.
- Analyze specification sheets and technical literature for mechanical and hydraulic components to facilitate installation and troubleshooting.
- Update prints to accurately reflect the current condition of equipment.
- Perform cutting, welding, brazing, and fabrication tasks using tools, materials, and equipment.
- Conduct preventive maintenance checks, inspections, and repairs diligently.
- Work proficiently with aluminum and steel materials, general tool room equipment, and CNC Mills.
- Troubleshoot hydraulics and pneumatics effectively.
- Demonstrate a team-oriented approach and willingness to learn and perform in other areas as assigned by management.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
- Adhere strictly to safety regulations to ensure a secure working environment for everyone.
