School Based Case Manager Prevention Specialist

**Job Title:** School Based Case Manager Prevention Specialist
**Job Summary:** CommQuest Services Inc is seeking a highly skilled School Based Case Manager Prevention Specialist to join our School Based Mental Health (SBMH) teams in Canton City schools.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide mental health and/or Alcohol/Drug (AOD) interventions, including facilitation of individual life skills development, symptom monitoring, crisis management, ongoing assessment of needs, and client advocacy.
- Coordinate with schools and community organizations to provide presentations, advocacy, and outreach.
- Field-based position requires visits in schools, home, and neighborhood/community settings.
- Routine evening hours and flexibility with scheduling required.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
- Previous work experience in working with students in a school setting (Pre-K through 12th) is highly preferred.
