About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of Executive Directors in the Panhandle region, overseeing a portfolio of Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care Communities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience leading a team in the senior living space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement short-term tactical direction and oversight to drive improvements in the region.
  • Direct the overall operations of an assigned group of communities, overseeing a revenue of $20-60 Million.
  • Develop long-range objectives and strategies for each community within the region, including annual operating budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Implement company-wide programs at communities in areas such as dining, asset management, finance, human resources, and other operational areas.
  • Work with community management to implement sales and marketing activities and strategies to maximize occupancy.
  • Assure that resident services reflect the highest quality in conformance with federal and state law and company standards.
  • Evaluate, monitor, and enhance public relations efforts at each community.
  • Assist regional offices with preparation for state survey and licensing.
  • Directly supervise and evaluate the performance of Executive Directors within the region.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Gerontology, Business, or other related field.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in operations, marketing, financial planning, and human resources management in a management role.
  • Frequent car travel requires a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work some evenings/weekends and travel frequently by air or car.
