Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Seasonal Jewelry Sales Specialist. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a positive and productive work environment, and supporting our sales team in achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest has a positive and memorable experience
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including gift bag stocking, gift wrapping, and display maintenance
  • Support sales team in achieving sales goals, including transactions and sales promotions
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and industry knowledge
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated teamwork abilities
  • Retail/Customer Service experience preferred
  • Comfortable utilizing technology, including iPads/tablets, Smartphones, or computers
  • Bilingual a plus
