Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious sales professional to join our team as a Jewelry Sales Specialist. As a sales associate, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, providing personalized service, and guiding them through in-store and online purchases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and build lifelong relationships with customers
  • Guide customers through in-store and online purchases, offering personalized recommendations and solutions
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth and success of the business

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated teamwork abilities
  • Retail/Customer Service experience preferred
  • Comfortable utilizing technology such as iPads/tablets, Smartphones or computers
  • Bilingual a plus
