Position Overview
The Senior Manager for Component Lifecycle Strategy will oversee the Component Lifecycle Management team within the Cardinal Health Presource kitting division. This role is crucial in managing a comprehensive parts database that includes over 35,000 products sourced from more than 500 suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies for the parts database, including the addition, revision, and discontinuation of components for the Presource kitting division.
- Establish processes to maintain the parts database in alignment with business requirements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally on initiatives such as re-sourcing projects, new product launches, product substitutions, and supplier discontinuations.
- Lead a team of three direct reports, providing guidance and support.

Qualifications
- 8-12 years of relevant experience is preferred.
- A Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
- Experience in the medical device industry is highly desirable.
- Proficient in analyzing and interpreting large datasets.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Expectations
- Manage departmental operations and supervise professional staff, including front-line supervisors and business support personnel.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures aimed at achieving specific objectives.
- Ensure compliance with operational guidelines.
- Make decisions that impact work processes and customer outcomes in the short term.
- Engage with various stakeholders, including subordinates, peers, customers, and suppliers, to resolve operational and project-related issues.
- Facilitate consensus among involved parties.

Compensation and Benefits
- Anticipated salary range: $103,500 - $152,985.
