Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team in Tulsa, OK. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading multiple projects simultaneously, working closely with clients, project teams, and consultants to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop project plans that meet their objectives.
  • Lead project teams to conceptualize, design, and produce project documentation.
  • Manage project budgets, work plans, and schedules to ensure timely completion.
  • Develop contract scope and consultant agreements.
  • Monitor and direct internal teams to meet budget goals.
  • Help build and maintain client relationships.
  • Lead project teams and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, with a diverse portfolio of work.
  • Licensed Architect required.
  • Proficiency in Revit, a plus but not required.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with project teams, clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Collaborative approach to all aspects of the practice.
  • Knowledge of local code requirements and ability to efficiently interface with agencies having jurisdiction.
  • Confident and effective interpersonal and time management skills.
