**Key Responsibilities:**

* Perform routine maintenance and repairs on commercial HVAC systems, including diagnosing and troubleshooting issues
* Conduct performance checks and regular maintenance to ensure optimal system operation
* Respond to service calls in a timely manner, including emergency call-outs while on-call
* Collaborate with our team to identify and implement process improvements
* Maintain accurate records of work completed and provide timely reports

**Requirements:**

* 3+ years of experience in HVAC maintenance, with a focus on commercial systems

* Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
* Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
