Additionally, we are offering a $5000 sign-on bonus, distributed quarterly throughout the first year of employment (conditional on the technician completing all online training and meeting performance benchmarks).
We also provide a performance bonus based on efficiency metrics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnostic Testing: Utilize manufacturer-specific tools and equipment to accurately diagnose vehicle issues.
    Interpret diagnostic results to identify problems and implement repairs.
  • Maintenance Services: Conduct routine vehicle maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and scheduled servicing in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
  • Repair Work: Perform complex repair tasks, including but not limited to engine rebuilds, transmission repairs, brake system work, steering mechanisms, and electronic systems.
  • Customer Service: Effectively communicate with service advisors to explain vehicle issues, potential solutions, and the work completed.
    Provide recommendations for maintaining vehicle performance and longevity.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all repair and maintenance work adheres to company standards and meets customer satisfaction.
    Conduct test drives post-repair to confirm the success of maintenance or repair work.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay current with all online training courses provided by Hyundai and Genesis.
    Attend off-site classes as necessary.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
    Certification from a vocational institution or completion of an apprenticeship is preferred.
  • Experience: Proven track record as an Automotive Technician with familiarity across various vehicle types.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in the use of diagnostic tools and equipment.
    Strong knowledge of automotive technology and electrical systems.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving capabilities.
    Ability to address complex issues with minimal oversight.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills, capable of conveying technical information to non-technical customers.
  • Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime and weekends as required.
