Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent, Associate's Degree in Welding Technology or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Five or more years of supervisory experience in industrial manufacturing, fabrication, or welding environment.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to review and interpret drawings and schematics, and experience working with ERP software systems.
Working Conditions

The Manufacturing Operations Manager will work in a normal production plant environment, with occasional exposure to disagreeable features and possibility of accidents of a minor nature requiring first aid.
