**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our client's outpatient orthopedic team in Douglasville, GA. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for planning and administering physical therapy treatment plans to alleviate pain, restore function, and promote overall fitness and health of patients.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with physician orders and current standards of care.
  • Assess and interpret evaluations and test results to determine the most effective course of treatment.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest physical therapy principles and practices, incorporating evidence-based techniques into treatment plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare or a related field.
  • Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program.
  • Current State of Georgia Physical Therapy license or eligibility to receive one.
  • Current CPR certification for Health Care Providers.
  • Knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 coding procedures.
  • Strong understanding of physical therapy principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
