Pediatric Outpatient Physical Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our team at PT Solutions Physical Therapy. As a Pediatric Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping children and adolescents overcome various health conditions and achieve optimal physical function.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans to address children's movement difficulties.
- Collaborate with families to educate them on safe exercises and home care techniques to promote optimal recovery.
- Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care and achieve outstanding outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices and techniques to deliver exceptional care.
- Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapy program.
- State licensure and Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
- Ability to manage a caseload of 10-12 patients per day.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with a team.
- Competitive salary range: $75,000 - $105,000 per year.
- Monthly patient incentive bonuses starting at treating 9 patients a day.
- Sign-on bonuses up to $30,000 in select locations.
