Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Services Agent to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their travel experiences are seamless and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Upsell and cross-sell travel services and products to enhance guest experiences
- Stay up-to-date with destination information and product offerings to provide expert recommendations
- Assist guests with changes to their reservations and provide solutions to any issues that may arise
- Document guest interactions and feedback to improve our services
- Collaborate with other departments to address guest concerns and provide a high level of service
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with industry trends and best practices
Requirements
- High school diploma required; college degree and/or travel industry experience preferred
- Customer service work experience preferred
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Experience with web-based computer systems and CRM software preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
