Inside Sales Professional

Targeted Talent is seeking an Inside Sales Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new leads, building customer relationships, and driving sales growth across the food and beverage industry.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Generate new leads through cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through outbound sales efforts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred.
- At least two years of experience in sales, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Compensation: We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and commission opportunities.
