Job Overview

This role is based in our Greenwood outpatient pain clinic and is responsible for routine clinical and administrative tasks to deliver an outstanding and efficient patient experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to align with Goodman Campbell's dedication to a positive patient experience.
  • Exhibit attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency in daily tasks.
  • Collaborate and communicate clearly with peers, physicians, and patients.
  • Work independently and use Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and electronic health record system (NextGen).
Requirements

We are seeking a candidate with a genuine dedication to excellent customer service, exceptional attention to detail, and a can-do attitude. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with medical assistant or LPN certification preferred. 3-5 years of experience in a physician office or hospital setting is also preferred.
