With over 150 years of combined experience in the electronic access control sector, our professional staff, including several CAGOI certified technicians, ensures that we provide a comprehensive inventory of products and systems to meet our customers' needs promptly. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all Branch personnel to achieve sales, profitability, and customer service goals.
- Oversee and perform tasks assigned to Branch Customer Service Representatives.
- Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager and National Sales Manager to set sales and profit targets along with actionable plans.
- Work with the Operations Manager to determine inventory levels that support customer fulfillment while optimizing inventory turnover.
Essential Duties:
- Review daily reports to ensure accurate data entry and invoicing related to sales and margin goals.
- Prepare various sales and activity reports as requested to assess performance and provide relevant insights.
- Coordinate product orders with the Operations Manager and/or Logistics Manager to meet market demands and inventory objectives.
- Participate in weekly management calls to provide sales forecasts and updates on local market conditions.
- In partnership with the Regional Sales Manager, organize vendor/customer training sessions and participate in trade shows and regional activities.
- Offer site specification and installation support, including vendor participation as required by customers.
- Ensure all Branch operations comply with established processes and procedures as outlined in the operational manual.
- Collaborate with the Office Manager to meet all administrative requirements, including the collections process for outstanding accounts receivable.
- Evaluate the performance of Branch personnel based on established standards and recommend changes in compensation and improvement actions as necessary.
- Perform all duties outlined in the Customer Service/Sales Representative job description.
Performance Metrics:
- Achievement of company, region, and branch sales and gross profit targets.
- Inventory turnover rates.
- Management of branch operating expenses.
- Order fulfillment efficiency.
- Customer satisfaction levels.
