As a Clinical Nurse Leader, you will be part of a dedicated and collaborative team that values open communication and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:
The Clinical Nurse Leader is responsible for planning, coordinating, delivering, and overseeing nursing care, services, and health education for residents.

  • Supervise the care provided by LPNs, CNAs/STNAs, and other team members.
  • Administer safe and precise medication-related interventions.
  • Evaluate residents' health and promptly inform physicians of any changes in condition; implement new orders as necessary.
  • Develop individualized care plans based on thorough assessments.
  • Select and implement appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize conditions and prevent complications.
  • Contribute to resident assessments (MDS/CAA's) and the formulation of care plans.

Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in a long-term care environment is preferred.
Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state is required.
CPR certification or an acceptable exemption is mandatory.
