* Sanfilippo Syndrome
* OSA with CPAP
* Foley Catheter
* Non Ambulatory
* Seizures
* G tube feeding
* Respiratory treatments
* Mechanical Lift for transfers
* Patient Narrative: Patient is a 34-year old woman who is looking for a nurse to care for her overnight Monday through Wednesday. She is non-speaking and non-ambulatory. She utilizes a wheelchair and hoyer lift. She has multiple respiratory treatments like nebulizers, chest PT, cough assist. She often requires oxygen. She is excited to meet new nurses to join her team

* *Diverse Cases*: Our cases cover a wide spectrum, from general nursing care to extremely complex ICU-level home care. Most of our patients face feeding challenges and are either G or J-tube feeding dependent. Others may have tracheostomies requiring ventilator support, seizure disorders, ostomy appliances, wound management needs, or diabetic maintenance.
* *Pay Rates*: Our pay rates vary based on credentials & differentials:

*RN*: $56/$58/$60 per hour *LPN*: $40/$42/$44 per hour

* *Licensure*: Nurses must hold a valid *RN* or *LPN* license in the state of Massachusetts.

While we welcome new grads, having some clinical experience is beneficial. Our cases range from general nursing care to complex ICU-level home care, so a diverse skill set is valuable.
