Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless equipment delivery and pickup.
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance and repairs.

Requirements:

  • Two or more years of related work experience in heavy equipment maintenance and repair.
  • Strong understanding of gas and diesel engines, hydraulic and electrical systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Working Conditions:

This position will work in a fast-paced field environment, requiring the ability to lift up to 75 pounds and wear personal protective equipment. Occasional travel may be required.
