We're seeking a talented Pharmacy Manager to lead and direct their Pharmacy Staff, comprised of both staff Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians. As a key component of our team, you will play a crucial role in keeping customers and patients healthy through adoption and management of patient care programs.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Lead with Heart - display empathy and compassion for patients, customers, caregivers, and colleagues on your team.

  2. Motivate, inspire, and develop your Pharmacy Support Staff by balancing assignments that maximize colleagues' strengths, address development opportunities, and decrease knowledge gaps.

  3. Identify critical business opportunities and meaningful solutions to drive growth and improve performance in your pharmacy.

  4. Successfully implement those solutions by leading your team to achieve specified goals.

  5. Adapt to change and adjust plans to thrive in a dynamic community healthcare setting.

  6. Seek new ways to grow, collaborate with others, and deliver better outcomes.

  7. Align others around purpose to gain support and commitment.

  8. Facilitate a 'team' culture that promotes caring, energy, enthusiasm, and pride.

  9. Apply acquired knowledge to help drive healthy outcomes and differentiate CVS from competitors.

Requirements:

  1. Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed.

  2. Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List.

  3. Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (i.e. APhA).

  4. Listed on the pharmacy state license as the 'pharmacist in charge'.

  5. Submission of required information/documents to your state PMP administrator to register for PMP access (in states with active PMP for pharmacist use).

  6. Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree.

Salary:

The typical pay range for this role is $65.00 - $81.00 per hour. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on various factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
