Job Summary

KREWE is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Licensed Optician Store Manager to lead our Nashville store team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining operational excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Perform and record optical measurements, adjust ophthalmic frames, and troubleshoot vision issues with precision and accuracy.
  • Verify the accuracy of finished ophthalmic products upon arrival from our partnering lab.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of ophthalmic products and provide thorough explanations to team members and clients.
  • Train and lead team members to deliver exceptional customer service on optical processes and techniques.
  • Provide style and fit consulting on the sales floor and assist the sales team as needed.
  • Drive the team to achieve sales and KPI results.
  • Lead the sales cycle through every step of the process.
  • Labor management and effective scheduling according to business requirements.
  • Operational excellence.
  • Effective hiring and training of all team members.
  • Act as a brand ambassador to build external pipelines of customers and candidates.
  • Strategize and execute events.
  • Manage and inspire a team of sales specialists.
  • Maintain visual brand standards at all times.
  • Act as a style advisor to every customer that walks through the door.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Must be an ABO and TN state licensed Optician.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in retail optical sales and management.
  • Advanced knowledge of fashion trends and a keen interest in eyewear.
  • Born leader with a strong work ethic.
  • Keen understanding of all aspects of store operations.
  • Thrives in a goal-oriented working environment.
  • Proven history of exceeding expectations time and again.
  • A knack for conversation and presenting products in their best light.
  • Passion for providing a unique customer experience.
  • Intuitive when it comes to meeting customer demands.
  • Self-sufficiency in organizing and managing multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Ability to remain flexible throughout a collaborative retail experience.
