Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Licensed Optician Store Manager to lead our Nashville store team at KREWE, a high-fashion eyewear company inspired by the creativity and spirit of New Orleans.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure accuracy and precision in performing and recording optical measurements, adjusting ophthalmic frames, and troubleshooting vision issues.
  • Verify accuracy of finished ophthalmic products upon arrival from our partnering lab.
  • Demonstrate perfect ophthalmic product knowledge and provide thorough understanding of products to team members and clients.
  • Train and lead team members to ensure excellent store-wide customer service on optical processes and techniques.
  • Provide style & fit consulting on sales floor and lend sales help to our floor team.
  • Drive the team to achieve sales and KPI results.
  • Lead the sales cycle through every step of the process.
  • Labor management and effective scheduling according to business requirements.
  • Operational excellence.
  • Effective hiring and training of all team members.
  • Act as brand ambassador to build external pipeline of customers and candidates.
  • Strategize and execute events.
  • Manage and inspire a team of sales specialists.
  • Maintain visual brand standards at all times.
  • Act as a style advisor to every customer that walks through the door.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Must be an ABO and TN state licensed Optician.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in retail optical sales and management.
  • Advanced knowledge of fashion trends and a keen interest in eyewear.
  • Born leader with a strong work ethic.
  • Keen understanding of all aspects of store operations.
  • Thrives in a goal-oriented working environment.
  • Proven history of exceeding expectations time and again.
  • A knack for conversation and always presenting products in their best light.
  • Passion for providing a unique customer experience.
  • Intuitive when it comes to meeting customer demands.
  • Self-sufficiency at organizing and managing multiple clients simultaneously.
