Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to residents, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Process lease applications, assist with verification, and communicate results to prospective residents.
- Foster a welcoming and professional office atmosphere by demonstrating outstanding customer service.
- Conduct regular inspections of the tour path, amenities, models, and community for quality assurance.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to overcome challenges.
- Support the Assistant Property Manager and Property Manager in daily property operations.
- Guide and mentor other leasing professionals in marketing and leasing strategies.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in leasing, property management, or hospitality preferred.
- Experience with OneSite software is a plus.
- Outgoing personality with a passion for marketing, leasing, and sales.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online marketing.
- Proven ability to convert inquiries into appointments and leases.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Commitment to serving residents, prospects, vendors, and colleagues.
- Understanding of Fair Housing Laws.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
