Position Overview:
The HVAC Installation Specialist reports directly to the CCA Retail Manager and collaborates with fellow team members to help achieve the company's long-term goal of becoming the leading provider of heating and air conditioning services. This role encompasses a wide array of responsibilities related to the installation of ventilation, air conditioning, and environmental control systems, with a primary focus on the retail HVAC sector. The specialist will receive work orders detailing the tasks to be performed and is expected to assess the necessary materials, tools, and repair techniques required. This position operates with minimal supervision and serves as a representative of the CCA brand.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Install HVAC systems and ductwork, including both new installations and the replacement of existing systems.
  • Collaborate with the construction team on all installations, adhering to agreed-upon construction timelines.
  • Oversee and manage the replacement process on-site.
  • Supervise and direct the crew during installations.
  • Ensure timely, high-quality, and accurate installations.
  • Position ventilation, air conditioning, and environmental control equipment appropriately.
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
  • Be available for overtime and on-call duties as needed.

Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Mechanic or in a similar HVAC-related role.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Familiarity with materials and the operation and maintenance of specialized equipment used in installations.
  • Ability to approach problem-solving with clarity and analytical thinking, along with strong decision-making capabilities.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
