Key Responsibilities- Sales and Leasing: Perform and manage the sales and leasing process, from initial greeting to closing the sale, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Community Marketing: Develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge of leasing applications, screening processes, and policies, as well as lease terms, specifications, and community policies.
- Lead Management: Accurately track all leads and establish and cultivate positive resident connections through thoughtful and timely responses to resident needs and concerns.
- Event Planning: Collaborate and participate in planning, organizing, and execution of resident events, ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction.
- Reporting and Compliance: Update all required reports concerning move-out notices, unit availability, market surveys, monthly commissions, leasing activity, etc., daily and monthly, and provide information to the Manager.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year of related leasing experience is required.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the Multifamily Housing Industry and Fair Housing is required.
- Education: A High School education or equivalent is required; a college degree is a plus but not a requirement.
- Skills: Impeccable overall sales skills, strong customer service skills, proficient communication skills, and ability to read, analyze, and interpret all forms of information.
- Certifications: Certified Apartment Leasing Professional (CALP) is preferred.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer and Internet knowledge, knowledge of RealPage Products, YieldStar, and Yardi products, and intermediate knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
