  • Communication Skills: Basic reading, writing, and verbal skills are required. Ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Professional Demeanor: Must exhibit a friendly and helpful attitude.
  • Computer Proficiency: Basic computer skills are necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality of Work: Adhere to all cleaning protocols and safety standards. Ensure thorough and consistent cleaning across all areas to meet patient satisfaction goals. Utilize appropriate signage and personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
  • Work Efficiency: Complete daily cleaning schedules and assigned projects. Maintain an organized and stocked housekeeping area.
  • Knowledge and Adaptability: Stay informed about cleaning duties, chemicals, and equipment. Demonstrate resourcefulness in handling emergencies and adapt to changing routines.
  • Team Collaboration: Work cooperatively with colleagues and support departmental efforts. Communicate effectively with staff across various levels and assist with additional tasks as needed.
