Job Summary

Adecco US, Inc. is seeking a skilled Pharmacist to join our team in a dynamic and challenging role. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive and accurate drug screening, information, processing, and dispensing services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide routine and emergency comprehensive and accurate drug screening, information, processing, and dispensing services for various drug distribution systems.
  • Manage and optimize cost management in line with script counts.
  • Evaluate the overall results of operations and regularly report the results to the General Manager and/or Vice President of Operations.
  • Ensure compliance with state and/or federal regulations and laws governing financial and pharmacy operations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree.
  • Current license to practice pharmacy in good standing.
  • Proficient in clinical interpretation: drug-drug, drug-disease, drug-food interactions, and allergies.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
  • Perform accurately and efficiently when dispensing prescription medications.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledgeable about long-term care regulations (OBRA, OSHA, state laws, and other federal laws) that have an impact on both pharmacy and Center operations.
