Position: Residential Solar Sales Specialist

Are you a motivated self-starter with a keen interest in sales and the potential for unlimited earnings? We are in search of a door-to-door Residential Solar Sales Specialist to contribute significantly to our team by attracting new clients in the Northern San Diego - Vista residential area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inform potential clients about the advantages of solar energy through door-to-door outreach in residential communities.
  • Participate in bi-weekly meetings (every Monday and Thursday) to engage with the team.
  • Exhibit outstanding customer service in every interaction.
  • Adhere to weekly performance metrics to ensure sales targets are met or surpassed.
  • Attend training sessions and shadow experienced colleagues to refine your sales techniques and enhance your solar knowledge.
  • Manage customer accounts promptly and professionally.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by team leaders.

Qualifications:

  • Availability for evenings and Saturdays, if required.
  • Full-time position with a flexible schedule (Tuesday-Saturday preferred).
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must possess reliable transportation and a smartphone (iOS preferred).

  • Resourcefulness; adept at multitasking, problem-solving, and prioritizing tasks.

Preferred Experience:

  • 1+ years of experience in any of the following fields: Home security sales, Satellite TV sales, Pest Control sales, Home Automation/Smart home sales, Direct sales, or those with lead generation and/or sales management experience.
  • Background in sales or prior experience in the solar industry.
