Position Overview:

  • Our service area encompasses various communities.
  • Availability during weekdays for up to 25 hours weekly, with work hours between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.
  • Become part of North County's premier residential cleaning service.
  • Experience a friendly work atmosphere alongside seasoned cleaning professionals. Tasks may be performed individually or collaboratively.
  • Compensation ranges from $18 to $20 per hour, plus tips, with regular pay increases following training. Established team members can earn approximately $400 to $500 weekly.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess a phone, vehicle, references, and basic proficiency in English.
  • Physically able to perform cleaning duties.
  • A positive demeanor and dependability are crucial.

Perks:

  • 8 or more sick days annually, with incentives for unused sick days.
  • $1 per hour bonus for cleaning vacant properties.
  • $1 per hour bonus for optional weekend cleaning.
